Why it matters later
Nobody asks for a dog journal. Everybody wishes they had one, usually years later. Doggo builds it as a side effect of the things you already do with the dog, so there is nothing to keep up with.

The profile card is visible to other Doggo users; the journal and stats are yours and your pack’s. You choose what to share.
